We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our skincare and personal-use products. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every item we send out.

Damaged or Incorrect Order?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us an email at hello@cheeky.world with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product(s) and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review and make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.


 Order Cancellations or Edits

We start processing orders quickly, which means we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations once an order is placed. But email us at hello@cheeky.world ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
